1) All ceramic Crowns
Dental crowns that provide better natural color match than any other crown type and may be more suitable for people with metal allergies. All-ceramic crowns can be used for front and back teeth.

2) Metal crown 
Include alloys that have a high content of gold or platinum, or base-metal alloys.  The metal crowns differs with percentage of gold within the metal base alloy . The higher the gold content, the more adaptable the crowns.

Porcelain fused to metal alloy crowns or PFM crowns consists of an outer porcelain surface with a internal metal alloy base.
